The day plans itself.
Kaiori reads how yesterday actually went and rebuilds today around it — wake, quests, movement, water. Fresh, steady, push, or recovery: it plans for the day you're having, not the day a template assumes.
Kaiori plans today around how yesterday actually went, turns sixty-six days into one chapter you climb, and puts you in a 3D room that fills with other people working in silence. Then it tells you what all of it adds up to, in sentences rather than charts.

Every day you finish with intention becomes a warm stone in your path. Miss one and it stays quiet — no shame, just an honest record. Nine chapters, three summits, and a path that climbs as you do.
Two hand-built 3D rooms, rendered live on your phone. Pick a corner, settle in, and other people arrive — presence without distraction. The light outside moves with your session, from morning through golden hour.
Every number in Kaiori becomes a sentence before you see it. Peak weeks, comebacks, turning points — named plainly, with the reason each one happened.
Structured tracks for study, strength and mind. They ramp from where you actually are — not from where a template assumes you start. Build a habit faster than planned and the plan stops nagging.
The Architect. The Scholar. The Disciplined. Earned from long-term behaviour, never bought or grinded. No store, no points balance — when one arrives it's evidence, not decoration.
Kaiori never shows you a raw number on its own. It turns the data you already generated into something you can actually read.
A life operating system for Android. Instead of tracking tasks, it plans your day around how yesterday actually went, turns sixty-six days into a single chapter you can look back on, gives you a real-time 3D room to focus in alongside other people, and translates your numbers into sentences.
Nothing punishing. The day stays quiet in your path as an honest record, and the planner reads your state and plans a recovery day rather than escalating. There's no streak to protect and no guilt language anywhere in the app. A bad day is data, not a failure.
Two hand-built 3D rooms — Cloud Loft and Ember Library — rendered live inside the app. You pick a seat, start a session, and other people appear in the room as you all work in silence. The light outside the windows moves with your session, from morning through golden hour.
Long enough for a change to become part of you rather than a sprint you recover from. Kaiori frames it as one chapter, split into nine smaller chapters with three summits, so progress is visible at every scale instead of only at the end.
Android today, in private early access. iOS is on the roadmap but isn't released — we'd rather say that plainly than list it as "coming soon" forever.
Kaiori is free during private early access, and pricing hasn't been set yet. Early testers will hear about it well before anything changes.
You sign in with Google, and your plan, progress and focus-room presence are stored in Kaiori's cloud so they survive a reinstall. We don't sell personal data. The full detail — what's collected, why, and how to have it deleted — is in the privacy policy.
Leave your email in the form below, or write to hi@kaiori.space. Builds go out in small batches so we can actually read the feedback.
